I would like to get a night set to meetup and multi play with the VR's, we could alternate games we play each weekend

Would like to do on Saturdays after 2bros at a time early enough for EU players to be able to play but late enough the NA is  done with IRL daytime shit (#farmlife). SInce it would be a Saturday night would 23:00UTC work for everyone who would be interested

Games I have we could do are Dirt Rally, Drive Club and Star Trek Bridge Crew (Dirt and Trek can be played with non VR players) and I am willing to pick up other games as needed.

Let me know

Good time for me if I have the next day off.

I’ve got Dirt Rally and Star Trek.  Really recommend Sports Bar.  You do need the move controllers for it.

Rec Room is fun too and it’s free.

I'm in.

I really enjoyed hangin' with Lime at the Sports Bar. Maybe we can do a billiards tournament or air hockey.

Arizona Sunshine I think is the only one I own with a co-op/multiplayer. Then I have the racing games...Gran Turismo and DiRT. But I can buy anything at the moment. But if i need to buy more than one game, let me know as I have to buy some PSN cards.

Rec Room is a definite.

Theres a lot of free multiplayer games to play on there including paintball, disc golf and a lot of others I’ve not tried yet.

This Saturday will be tricky for the English/Swedish members of the crew though as some of us will be celebrating and others crying.

My current problem is hard drive space. So many of the VR games are download only.

Ive not installed Wipeout, Skyrim or many of the others I’ve got due to the measly 500GB capacity. I am looking at changing my HD but probably won’t be on this months paycheck. I may pick up sports bar though depending on how much space it takes although it will probably mean uninstalling RE7 ?

There’s more games for this then you think, they don’t really get much advertisement.  I also like watching films using it, it’s like being in your own personal cinema.

I’ve not tried watching films yet.

I have managed to download the media server app so I can play any film or program saved on my PC.

Nice.

If you have any 3D films the PSVR plays them in full 3D, watched the latest Thor film like that and it was fucking awesome.

I have been thinking of hosting a race event at WoW once a month, but it would only be worth putting in the effort if there is interest.
I was thinking about for each month pick one track and one specific fully customized car. Preferably one that isnt too expensive and if possible one that dont like curbs.
In order to get people to join i was thinking of talking to VANS and DAMN initially to see if they are interested.
I was thinking of 3 or 4 parts to each month, each can give you points.
      1. Hotlaping on your own (practicing) during the month. Submit your time to get points.
      2. Non contact racing together as the first of two or three races on the wednesday we race. About 20 minutes.
      3. Contact race as race the second race on the wednesday. About 20 minutes.
      4. Contact race with catchup and slipstream ON as a (maybe) third race on the wednesday. About 20 minutes.
All in same car and on the same track.
The different parts (3 or 4) are worth different scores, hotlaping on your own gives the least points and the pure Contact race (#3 above) the most.

Any interest from you guys in joining this? (As a part of WoW i understand it would be hard for the us members, open to ideas ofcourse)

There has been a bit of discussion in the shoutbox and across various places about Sunday now the slot is up for grabs, so to speak. I thought it might be helpful if there was a dedicated topic for it. A place to discuss ideas and see who might be able to commit to what.

      Date of Event: Any
Time of Event in UTC: 9-11pm
Does Event Repeat: If everyone likes it or wants it.
       If Event Repeats/How Often:
      Event Host: Spinnaker1981
      Amount of Players Allowed: 30
Special Rules for Event: No weapons of any kind, no personal vehicles, no bikes, no air vehicles. Swim, run to the highway, get a car from a NPC, get to the finish ASAP. Allowed to use parachute and any land vehicles that you can find on the map (trucks, vans, etc..).

Description of Event: Some recognise Gfred from Broughy1322´s Videos. and that is basically it. A 20min (give or take) race around the map with the vehicles you find on the road. It is a very fun race, that can be a bit frustrating at times. You choose your own route and just get the checkpoints ASAP.
