Getting the latest newsletter out is hopefully the beginning of doing them again on a regular basis (shooting for bi weekly). With that in mind I have restored the Previous Newsletters Forum in case anyone wants to read any of the old ones. If you do I recommend mid to late 2014 to mid 2015 as that was when the crew was the largest and most active to get a feel for how it use to be. With having a couple months "off" due to lack of a computer and a new game I am feeling revitalized and hoping we can make RDRO be something close for us as what the early GTA days were. But that'll only happen if R* gets their shit together and adds some good stuff to RDRO

Congratulations @omarcomin71 & @pete_95973on your excellent Crockett & Tubbs photo, you got the most votes! Second goes to myself for this one inspired from American Graffitti (which I just caught on TV recently). Third is a three way tie between @Pb76, @djw180 and @omarcomin71 Thanks to everyone who participated and voted.

LMMFAO!!! JUST TOO FUNNY! PICKING UP FISH! Just smallmouth in a place no one fishes. Kill a deer or any animal you can put on horse, don't skin. Go to the spot on the map. Place animal just north of dark block. Pull out rod n reel, face up stream and toss lure out...short. Wait about a min. Hit eagle eye then put away tackle and walk up stream and pick up fish. Get max at 10 very quickly or get 10 poor also by shooting or kicking. Pick up deer and Sell all in Rhodes. Over $30 in less than 10 min round trip, depending on what deer or animal used as bait.

ZZ and @Ultramoorine feel free to fuck with this one if you want I was clearing a gang hideout and this guy showed up right as I killed the last gang member. I started looting bodies and didn't even care that he was there. If he wanted to loot that was fine with me, even meaning I could miss out on a treasure map. We walked right by each other, both not pointing weapons at each other, and as I bent down to loot someone he shotgunned me in the back. I respawned knowing full well I would have to explain to my boss why I did not get back to work after my lunch break cause I would spend 6 hours straight killing him. I see that he isn't even looting and he is sprinting away on his horse as fast as he can. I messaged him "shoot me in the back and then run. Must be proud." I ran back to the hideout and one of the first guys I looted right by where he shot me was a treasure map. I messaged him "You left the treasure map behind genius lol." Well that one must have got to him or "triggered" him because a minute or two later he was back. I utilized varmit and level 3 slow and steady and killed him 5 times (he got me once when i had the wrong weapon utilized due to my controller not reacting to my command). He ran again and then left the lobby. So I had to message him once more. LOL. It is one thing to kill and attack randoms in these games. People can play how they want. Shit, that is almost all I did in GTA. But I don't understand the guy who kills you once and then runs not wanting to fight. When I kill randoms it is because I want to fight. Nothing more chickenshit than shooting someone in the back when they are being peaceful to you and then running.

There was a free update to Beat Saber recently adding a couple new songs.  This is one of them and is now my favourite song in the game.  I think I'm into K-Pop now, this is a fucking banger.  Played it about ten times in a row to set this high score and I was dripping with sweat afterwards. @Squirrel how you getting on with this beast?

An idea for a team challenge. Maybe for 3 players, could be more. Form a posse and make as much money as you can by doing stranger missions or stealing other posse's carts, mail bags etc. 2 options money earned within a specific time limit might need to be quite long, some of them can take 15 minutes or more, need a video of whole thing money earned from your best few attempts done at any time just need video clips, maybe just a screenshot, showing the end of the mission with the payout Issues I don't have much idea about how the payouts work I know you get less money if you start one too soon after completing the previous one, there's a cooldown period, but I don't know exactly how that works Is the cooldown just based on who is leading the posse or if a group do it and keep changing who's posse it is does that negate the cooldown period? doesn't really matter which way it is, just would be useful to know first the payout seems to be linked to how long the mission should take and / or how difficult they are, but does not seem that straightforward I guess not that important, it would be for each team to find he best paying missions to do But the one thing that does concern me is what if the maximum payout possible is always the same and we get a number of teams that find the best missions to do, and therefore get exactly the same score fastest time as tie breaker? all missions show a timer don't they? is there an effect from who else is in the session? I seem to remember getting a very high payout once delivering mail when 2 other players tried to steal the bags. does everyone get paid the same or does posse leader get more / less than the others? does your level effect the payout? could be done on XP rather than money, maybe makes no difference, I assume they are related what exactly do we count as the payout? some mission give you a partial payout as you complete on bit (e.g. each mail delivery) and then the main payout at the end so do we just count the main one at the end or add up all the others (if there are any) if we add up all the others we could also include looting any NPCs that attack you getting more complicated this way though I'll have a look around for more info but posting this now in case someone already knows. Also I will try to keep track of what I get doing these over the next few days, see if I can answer any of the above. If anyone else can do this or has already, do please let me know what you find / found. We usually do some form of team crew challenge around the crew anniversary, this might be something to do for that this year.

I can see the forced from the lobby screen, and pickups on RSSC. But we could always set up a small practice/test session!
